We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. I like it though. Judging by the time submitted I'm guessing the headpiece was inspired by Recipe for Turnabout or am I being TOTAL NERD again?
Also that is a lot of 1s and zeros. Also nice how you used darker colours to contrast the (usually white) text in desktop icons.

It's called "Hexadecimal Wallpaper" and I know it's the name of the character or maybe it's not (it's unclear to me from the comments on those other two pictures of him).. but.. y'know. Total nerd. And whatnot.
